Such a lovely experience, the warehouse has a decent range of second hand sofas and mattresses. The prices are really good, I managed to grab a sofa bed for 70% off which was a great deal! It was a bit dusty but that is expected at a warehouse, it was really easy to clean the product when I got home however :)The staff were wonderful! They were really easy to approach and they even helped me load and strap (and even wrap) the sofa onto the Ute I had. Really friendly and helpful overall, really exceeded my expectations! So happy I found this hidden gem! So great for the environment too :)

Over priced for second hand furniture. No point of buying from them. We paid $1500 for a set of lounges and we can tell why they were returned. You can't sit on them without sliding off. The cushion is already showing wear and we barely even use it cause we hate them!

Honestly this is a great place to get amazing deals, bought a king size mattress which only costs $580, a steal! And the sheet sets are also very affordable and so comfy, I'd recommend to come here especially if you love Koala, however stock does go fast!

We came in just before 4pm on a Sunday looking for a sofa, Damian was super helpful, even assisted us with the goget application and how to fast track it as we didn’t realise you needed time for approval. He and his colleague were very patient with us as it was a bit slow, and we now have a beautiful sofa bed and ottoman that we love, for a fraction of the retail price! Highly recommend taking a trip out here, it’s absolutely worth it!

We had a bad experience in this place. We tried to bargain and the lady said: come tomorrow because the boss won’t be around and he can let me do a better price for you. We came back and another guy with glasses & beard guy was rude with us. The price was more expensive then a few days ago when we went there. We just asked to have the same price as before and he asked: Do you want this for free? I think it is not a good way to answer the clients. If you guys want respect & not us customer’s telling you offer be civil.Second experience: we decided to go there to have a second chance, maybe another person would be there. So we went in a different day and another person try to help us and it was much enjoyable to buy a sofá.
