If I could rate this place 0, I would. Long line in drive through, so went in. Big mistake.Placed order via App. Waited 10mins. Orders being called randomly. Saw orders being picked up by the wrong customers. 10-15 wait time is ok, when busy but anything more is ridiculous!Overheard other customers saying they've been waiting more than 30 mins, then saw part of their order picked up by someone else. The team members didn't appear to care & didn't offer replacement food. They stood around talking to each other & ignoring customers. Customers had delayed orders (more than 20mins); missing items or incomplete orders. Ubereats or Menulog delivery drivers were being served 1st & consistently. Customers in drive thru, were served ahead of those inside the restaurant.Now 25 mins waiting, still no order. Went up to counter. Asked girl with long dark brown hair in plait, how long? She asked for my receipt. Showed her the tax invoice email. She then went over to section near chip fryer, spoke to colleague then went to chip bay and stood there.Asked another female member where the order was, showing her the invoice. She looked at me vaguely. I then requested a refund. She said ok. Then 1st team team member came back, asking for my order number. 2nd team member then walked away & bought bag of food back. She asked me what drinks had I ordered. Explained 3 lge cappucinos. She then grabbed 2 coffees & plonked them in front of me. This was 35 mins after ordering. I should have insisted on the refund but didn't.A deaf man behind me, whose order was called out but he couldn't hear. Someone grabbing part of his order, so things missing.Last coffee arrived. Went to the table. 2 coffees not warm. Food not wrapped properly. One egg & bacon muffin, missing the egg. No serviettes. And overall average tasting meal, at best Not happy! Another customer told us that it's always this bad.Also noticed how dirty the dining area was. Pickles stuck to the sign, on the wall above my dad's head. Food stuck to other walls. Rubbish all over floor. Other customers complaining of missing or wrong items. Customers walking out, without orders. And now reading previous reviews, things have clearly been pretty bad for a while!If I was McDonalds HQ, I would close the place for deep cleaning & retrain of all the team members.Most McDonalds outlets are busy. They acknowledge & apologise to waiting customers & serve as soon as they can. And most of the young team members are pleasant.This location is by far the worst I've ever been in, anywhere in the world.

Probably the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Food is always cold. Orders are usually wrong. Customer service is a joke. Manager here couldn’t give a fark about his job or the customer. I ordered a McChicken on its own. Got home and they had put a McChicken patty in a box. Real clowns at this Maccas. Steer clear. Frankston Maccas believe it or not is actually better than this place. Total waste of time and money. Go somewhere else! Don’t waste your time

Amazed at the cost. To get a half decent meal so you won't be hungry in 30 minutes you easily can spend $30 for what is mass produced dog food. Better off getting a pub meal for almost the same price but hugely better quality.

Visited River Wonders and loved the experience and the place. It was my first time in a River zoo, and loved it. The place and enclosures are very well preserved.

Very poor quality of food. Ordered x2 happy meals for children, both burgers contained no suace at all or pickles (very bland so thrown out). Tried to call numerous times to let them know and no answer. Hope the Mcflurrys we purchased are better!

On the plus side, quite a few of the staff and managers are quite friendly and helpful and so is the cleaner.There’s plenty of parking! And the seating is quite comfortable inside.I do find the lighting far too overbearing and overwhelming especially as I am on the spectrum and have sensory sensitivities, and would much prefer gentler more subdued indoor lighting and more chilled music.Honestly there’s really nothing on the menu I would actually consume though.

This McDonald's store should be commended, they've abidied by covid safe regulations and have kept it very clean and tidy. This store was very efficient and our order came quickly, after travelling from another busy branch. Staff were friendly and responsive, no order mistakes either.

Fries were cold and dry. They got our orders wrong and, when they sold out a drink we ordered, replaced it with new drink incorrectly. Also, they couldn't work out the price difference for refund of the more expensive drink. Meh
