Giant Indooroopilly

Can not give the guys at Giant Indooroopilly a big enough rap. Excellent customer service from the whole team but especially from the guys in the workshop who went over and above in sorting the issue with my e-bike. Highly recommend for sales and service.

This team have been instrumental in our cycling journey, their guidance and support throughout has been second to none. Setting me up initially on a road bike after a 20yr hiatus from racing to supplying and fitting bike parts at short notice due to pending races, to refitting me and helping post binning said bike and getting me back up and going quickly in a COVID affected market. Their customer service and expertise in all things road and MTB related has resulted in numerous returns to purchase some MTBs (yes more bikes) and several visits for maintenance (due to me flogging my equipment) over the years. Your in safe hands with this team, I’ve ridden giant since I was 15 and they haven’t let me down yet. So do your self a favour and head on in to see the team.

Just picked up my bike from these guys today ... hope the bike goes as well as the buying experience. The staff all take the time to give great customer service, and there's a relaxed vibe in the store.

Great Service and Knowledgeable support. I went to them to build a custom gravel bike. I brought to the frame and an idea of what I wanted. The team at Giant Indooroopilly looked after me and put together component ideas, after coming to an agreement and a few months of waiting for parts the bicycle was put together and exceeded all expectations. I have to thank Ryan for his great expertise and patience in getting the job done. Keep up the great work team!

Read the reviews and decided to give it a try after years of having used another LBS. Brought my bike in for a service and asked to have everything checked. Left the shop and rode downhill on York St behind the shop nearly got myself into accident as stem was not tightened, and front wheel pointed sideway when braking downhill. Lucky I didn't crash as I wasn't on cycling shoe at the time and managed to sit on the top tube and stopped with my shoe.Returned to the store had stem tighten up and left. Then, on the way to train station experienced chain drop twice. Had noted down to have everything checked and adjusted at first visit, and also upon arrival to pick up my bike, asked again and was assured won't have chain drop issue.Sorry can't recommend and to call it disappointed is generous enough given I could have been in hospital.

Recently came in for some inquiries about a bike and some repairs, Zach was really helpful and friendly with information about my bike.

Just a big shout out to these wonderful people, binned the bike and couldn’t find anywhere in the country with a rear derailleur hanger, these guys had one shipped it next day bike is fixed now in 10min prior to heading interstate.Service like this would warrant spending all your bike coin with them, thanks so much legends.

We needed a new bike for our 7 year old.We spoke to Zach and can't speak more highly of his customer service. His product knowledge was excellent. He was very patient with us and ran us through all the specs so we knew exactly what we were buying and patiently addressed all our questions. Our son excitedly walked out with his brand new XTC JR 24. I reluctantly asked if he could help us load into our small boot and he happily did without any fuss. He also happily cut my bike seat stem for my own bike at no cost as it was too long stock standard for me.All in all was a great experience from start to end. I'll be back.

Great service, never felt I’ve been taken for a ride (pun intended)

I normally don't write reviews so this bike shop must have left a good impression on me. Great old fashioned personalised customer service, reminds me of the good old days. They are pretty good mechanics too!
