I went there to buy a screen protector two weeks ago and they didn't have it. So I came back today, the girl double checked in the warehouse and told me that they still didn't have it. I finally bought it the shop next door (for a very good price), but came back to Optus just to make sure, and another person who looked like the manager checked again and found few of screen protectors !The next door shop has a great customer service, he is nice, helpful, sells for good price and the quality seems to be really good.

Unfortunately was closed when I needed it but then so was most of Kalgoorlie, all still on holiday for Xmas. Next morning they were extremely helpful and solved my problem quickly.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Matt and Juilano are amazing nicest customer service I’ve come across!! The stayed behind when we rocked up at 5:29 and were absolutely awesome!! Thanks guys legends

I went to the shop optus in Kalgoorlie. My irrivel was 1.30pm and door was locked. Staffs saw me but didn't not approached me to explain why they were closed already when the opening hours on Saturday is till 2pm.
