For the most unique, high quality fabrics and exceptional service I highly recommend Tylers fabrics. I have been purchasing my fabrics here for over 20 years and they have never ever disappointed me. As a bridal designer I would say I am extremely particular and can be very fussy as I need to have an eye for detail and quality, but Tylers is hands down one of the best fabrics stores in Australia for exquisite fabrics. I can't speak more highly of this treasure because they have such a high quality product and such a variety. Thank you love you guys!

Beautiful fabrics, huge selection of designs and prices. Found it hard to choose at first as I fell in love with so many laces, but after an spending an hour with a super helpful salesperson I purchased a stunning Italian beaded lace for my gown.Will definitely recommend to my friends to come here for their wedding fabrics.

Recommended by my original dressmaker. I was a bit skeptical when I read some of these reviews. Well, my future MIL is now making my dress, so she and I both went together. On our first trip, Michael helped us out from the moment we walked in. He picked my colours effortlessly and was so accommodating to us both, as well as my 3 yo son, we didn't bother going anywhere else. On our second trip (to buy the lace), Linda helped us figure out how best to fit the lace to the design (because it was unique and a large pattern). She even showed us how we'd need .5 metres less than my future MIL thought. They were nothing but amazing. It got a bit busier when we were leaving and I can imagine they may be a little less attentive in such situations, but so are most retailers. I will be recommending them to people I know.

Michael is an absolute angel. I came in to find some fabric for my homemade custom wedding dress and was met with the most insane wealth of knowledge, assistance and care (and some witty humour). He made me feel confident in what I was choosing and even though I was having major doubts, and the fact my dress is being custom made very cheaply and I only needed small amount of fabric, he still treated me like a higher paying customer - this is very rare in business.I still felt unsure so I came back in a couple of days later with my aunty and he took the time to explain the colour theory and choice of fabric to both of us. I was wanting a more cream toned chiffon and he was suggesting a pinker toned (mushroom) georgette.Being naturally anxious, when I took the fabric to my alterations lady I was still having doubts about the colour and texture but now that it's done... Michael you could not have been more right. It is so perfect for the dress and compliments not only my skin tone but also the aesthetic of what I wanted. The pale mushroom pink georgette is stunning and I really appreciate all your help!!Will send over some photos after the wedding :)

A brides heaven. So many stunning pieces to choose from, I could have left with fabric for 5 different gowns!! The staff were an absolute dream with their knowledge and guidance. They really helped me stay on track with choosing fabric around the concept I'd developed with my maker. - if you haven't been here, you must go and if you have time, I would recommend reading the insightful blog post Mr Tyler has written. I wish I'd read it before I started my journey.

I had an appointment yesterday to buy fabric for my wedding dress and the appointment was so much more than I had expected. The gentleman that served me was an absolute wealth of knowledge and I thoroughly enjoyed hearing all his advice and input. He fully explained how each fabric would work in the design I wanted as well as showing me alternatives I hadn't even thought off. I can't wait until I need to come back to Tylers and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality fabrics. Many thanks again!

I was recommended to go here by my dress maker Pat for my wedding dress material. All the material is of high quality and their prices are reasonable for retail sale. Staff are really helpful.Jenny went above and beyond for me every time I had a question or needed help she was just a phone call way. She found the exact material /or replica of the marina hardwick dress that I had fallen in love with and am currently getting made for a fraction of the price. Thanks Tylers Fabrics!!
