This place was horrible. They opened up 40mins late missing several appointments. They also we very rude and on the phone throughout the service. They basically left my original length and when I asked for shorter they rushed the rest of the cut leaving me with an uneven length. They also disregarded my appointment taking a walk in before me. my I do not recommend this place at all.

Book online for my son haircut at 12:45 PM waited there for more than 30 minutes. One hairdresser who had only one client but not able to serve. Poor customer service and no communication at all. You can visit them if you have hours to waste or nothing else to do

Sharing my experience for threading eyebrows and upperlip. I visit this place every 2 weeks for the above services and I have never been disappointed. I always get looked after by Dini or Bibi who are both exceptional with their thread skills. They do a perfect job and always fix my bad brows that I’ve plucked and messed up.Special shout out to Dini- I once walked in without an appointment and one of the other staff girls turned me down. I said I was happy to wait but she was determined. Dini stepped in and asked if I could wait or come back in 30 mins to which I agreed. I later asked her why she did that and she said, if they kept saying no to customers then how will the come back, and she also said that it’s always better to ask them if they can wait and if so they can serve them .

Absolutely waste of money set my hair in the morning by afternoon my all the setting was gone and my hair looked totally unset. Achini does a good job but in her absence the other girls should keep up the standards she has set

I came here in hopes of fixing up my horrible attempt at a haircut and they did amazing! The person that did my hair was so understanding and made sure I was comfortable, and my hair looks really good! I'll definitely go back :D
