Stihl Shop Redcliffe

I had an issue with a repair done to my chainsaw recently. These things happen from time to time. But the way this business dealt with the problem was absolutely outstanding. They cleary value their customers and stand by their work and as such have won my business from now on even though there are others closer to my home. This sort of service is worth driving a few extra km for. Well done to Stihl Redcliffe.

Dropped Stihl BG56 in for repair. Carb need replace. Said ready in two weeks. On day of pick up said haven't started and cost over $200 and service extra cost. Said as the total cost will be more than new one I'll not go ahead. Said on phone they will be charging $20 then $25 for quote. When picking up said that will be $40 so I paid. Went home and ordered new carby on eBay. Delivered after 12 days with carby and all other service items brand new, filter, sparkplug, fuel lines, gaskets etc, etc, total cost including delivery $23.00. Received item and fitted in 11 minute's. Runs like a brand new one, my faith in repair shops not ripping people off, as usual, totally non existent.Job number 24083

Suzie and the boys are always friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the products and offer advice on which machine is best for you. Brett, their service and repairs mechanic is very easy to communicate with. I've never had a problem with his workmanship and is always happy to give me advice on repairs when I need it. I used to shop at another Stihl shop in my area but I always got the feeling that I was an inconvenience to them . This along with the unfriendly service turned me off. I now drive an extra 15 minutes to go to Redcliffe.

Amazing customer service respectful staff and knowledge to match. Took the kid's in and we all know how hard that is but the staff had the patience of saints thanks to the team and I will definitely be back.
