Beautiful setting, spotlessly clean, kitchen well set up, plenty of everything. A bonus BIG bath towels love them ❤️ Staff are wonderful and if we needed anything done they followed up promptly The only minor criticism I have is the Internet. Totally nit up to my expectations...would be happy to pay a premium internet service" Overall totally recommend this place ❤️"

BIG4 Batemans Bay at Easts Riverside Holiday Park
We stayed in this park recently. The ladies on the front desk went out of their way to accomodate us as we wanted an extra night there and they were very friendly and helpful. We were on a powered site. The park is clean and the amenities were always clean. The laundry was excellent to use on the 2 days it poured with rain. Lots is lovely strolls by the river. We really enjoyed our time there.

When booking online the cabin says pool view, NONE of their cabins have pool view. We stayed in a loft cabin, which meant we had to park under, again the website does not say there is a low height restriction. We could not park our 4x4 on our site and was directed to park outside on the street. The groundsman went above and beyond to help and said the manager said they were booked out but we could rent the tent site across from us to park our car for $32/night (booked out yet still gave us a site and had 7 still available the next morning). We reluctantly agreed and paid. The room smelt, the old radio in the wall crackled all night, our pillow cases had footprint on it, the shower head would not stay up whilst showering and there is no fan or air con in the bedrooms. We did not stay the 2nd night and moved on to Jervis Bay. Disappointed is an understatement!

Location was great but the price is ridiculous! When the pricing on a standard stay is $58 but you are charged $109 during peak season (on a Wednesday night) for a powered site you know you should definitely leave a review.... not worth the money. The staff were friendly enough and someone helped us onto the site but doe that kind of price you would expect a lot more. The amenities although clean were tired and need updating as with the kitchen, kids playground and recreation room.I felt as though it was extremely overpriced for the value received.

The caravan park is in a beautiful location by the Clyde river. There is a beach at the back of the caravan park that is within a 1 minute walk. The cabin we had was clean tidy and neat rooms. The kitchen has everything needed for an extended stay as well as BBQs a 10 second walk away. The staff are friendly and helpful. A small note is that the TV is small and set well away from the kitchen bench. But this doesn't take away from the setup at all.We have stayed at a few Big 4 parks now and they all are professionally maintained.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Riverfront sites are definitely worth paying the extra as you can literally fish out you caravan window if you wanted too! The amenities block beautifully built in a way that you won’t see in this day and age. True craftsmanship! Grounds well maintained. Access to sites can be pretty tight and it’s a fairly long walk to the shop if your legs aren’t so young. Overall, very good park.

Considering it is winter we have over our two week stay had sunshine everyday and rain for only 20 minutes. Caravan site and facilities clean and well serviced.
