Went with cheapest kit - Never again. Was told 3 weeks max from paying deposit and it took 4.5 weeks and 2 deliveries as things were forgotten. Ordered a 3x6m carport and it’s only 2.9m. Picked up stirrups a few weeks before carport was due, but when the kit arrived it had the wrong portal frame size. Was informed to just pack out the 100mm stirrup to the 150 portal. Longer bolts and packer were supposed to arrive on the Monday - never did. Had to buy elsewhere. All roof sheets were 60mm too long. Asked for new sheets at correct length and was told that it is a kit, you need to cut, you always need to cut them on a kit. Well I’ve built 7 other sheds and carports from numerous suppliers and roof sheets are alway accurate to required length. Other things yes may need a trim to length or around a bracket but never roof sheets. No waste allowance for screws so needed to predrill screws with faulty cutters. This kit cost me much more in time than it save me in dollars.

I used MyKit to build an upper level rear deck with a roof slopping up to keep our view of the mountains. MyKit kept us well informed throughout the build process, they took care of all the paperwork. It was a happy experience.

Matt and his team designed an amazing shed to suit our business needs. He project managed the whole show and left us with a clean site at the end of it. Communication was amazing. The time frame was great, especially as it was built through Covid. I highly recommend MyKit for amazing quality. We love our new shed.
