Good and many machines (11 washing and 10drying). Gpay / credit card ) bank notes possible. Would be 5 stars.Now the But's: Very expensive! Warm wash 9kg x2=$7, 13.5kg x3=$13, 19.5kg x4=$18 (cold $1 less and hot $1 more). Drying ok with 7min=$1. All good but Change Machine" naming misleading: You get tokens

Pretty overpriced (14$ for a medium sized washing machine) but it’s cleans alright.We put our clothes in the dryer for 40 minutes (8$) and it was still wet. Wouldn’t come here again but it’s the best you can get in the town

I decided to give this place a go, even with the recent negative reviews. I was pretty apprehensive at first, but both the washing machine and dryer worked. I didn't give 5 stars because it was $13 for a cold wash, 23 mins. $1/5mins for the dryer, which took us over 20mins on hot to dry our clothes. This is the most expensive place we've experienced so far. I'm glad it worked in the end. Our friends also used this place with no issues either.

Not the worst Laundromat I've been to, but for the price not very good. Gross and neglected modern washing machines. $7 for a small warm wash. Don't think the floor or the machines have been cleaned in months. A change machine that gives tokens???

Modern and clean and centrally located in the light industrial area close to ALBANY town.Machines take gold coins only which can take some planning if you’re going to do washing and use the dryer too.Dryers are pay as you go.$2 will get you about 13 minutes of drying time.The washing machines come in 3 sizes, small, medium and large. Prices vary according to size of machine and water temperature. From $6 to $19 per wash.Bring your own soap powder and save $. Coffee is $3 a cup.

Maybe I came on a bad day but it is extremely dirty both in the washing machines and benches/ floor. My partner noticed mold growing in the machines (the smaller load machines in particular). Not only that but there is rubbish, dirt and lint everywhere. As others have said, it gets so expensive here- $15 for a hot wash on a 3 load machine and $1 per 5 mins in the dryer. I’m not coming back.

Came here earlier this week, and ended up spending over $70 due to machines not working properly… Once my clothes were finished in the dryer, I went to take them out to unfortunately found they hadn’t dried and were still wet. Proceeded to a new machine and the same thing ended up happening. Spoke to owner Lesley who let us know he would transfer us the money if we sent him our details, but we still haven’t heard back from him. Wouldn’t recommend going here as service is quite unprofessional and machines are definitely not reliable.

Came there as there was no other choice, the only competition in town being so neglected.. Had to spent 24$ for a simple load ..such a rip off!! Clearly the owners are taking advantage of being the only acceptable" place to self wash in town...I was reluctant as I've met and seen there several customers not being able to dry their clothes and complaining about it

Rip off. None of the 16 driers are heating! Taking money and people are walking out with wet clothes. No phone number displayed anywhere to phone them. Easy money for the business owner.Expensive too. $7 for a 9 kg wash, no detergent. I paid $6 recently in Bunbury and they included detergent and fabric softener.
