Went here to get bushes for my carStarted being served after about one minute and the phone rang so it was more important to serve the person calling.ok so waited until the call was finished and was being served again, but the phone rang, again was asked to wait.ok waited and was being served again, then the phone rang againThis time I was told, sorry but this isn't going to progress as the phone keeps ringing and then they refused to serve meSay no more, phone customers are superior to in person, will never buy anything from burson again

Fantastic customer service! I'd been looking for compatible gas struts for my Hilux canopy window with no luck. Went to Bursons and Chris was extremely helpful. He tried a couple of options, making the effort to fit them to the Hilux and was enthusiastic the whole time. Could not have asked for better service or a better outcome.

I just spent 12 minutes on hold with out a simple courtesy would you mind holding the line" from staff. I hung up and called back as i thought maybe they had forgotten about the line on hold and the same thing happened yet again. Not impressed guys

Always prefer Bursons have done for decades, but sadly it's a 6 hour round trip to the nearest one from where I live... I only ever give 4 outta 5 cause nothing is perfect..highly recommend these fellas..
