Don’t ever work or build with this company, worked for this company on a small job, finished the work on time.Have not been able to find anyone to pay me for the job.I called the owner, he doesn’t reply, did call every number and emailed everyone, they are a fraud company.I came to have a look at the reviews later where you will see other tradies and customers complaining.Its a shame how low moral people exist in this world and yet they will raise children the same way with no morals and take advantage of people,Learn something and stand as real people.If you needed the money for a reason, trust me i would help and work for free, but treat people with respect and dignity.Not that i will leave you, i am searching for anyone working for this company.Now if you are the owner and read this review, don’t put your reply as you don’t have anyone under my name as a tradie or customer.Listen mate, i did the job in Springvale VIC and called your number for weeks.Manan Malkani, When you go home and see your children or your parents that are in India Gujrat, don’t feel proud, instead, feel sorry for them.

Patel Homes inherited our nightmare abandoned build from a now bankrupt builder when we were at our most vulnerable. They - and Naresh in particular - walked with us gracefully and sympathetically through the VERY long, VERY painful process of organising the insurance claim, re-engineering the solution and completing the build, which was no mean feat with all the inherited build issues. They owned the solution to problems that Patel Homes weren’t responsible for causing, exceeding our expectations. We all made it through together - a little older and more experienced than when we started - but I can honestly say that working with this very human team of professionals has been humbling. Thank you!

I have been assaulted by this builder which caused me head and eye injury. More than 1 year they didn't applied for building permit.Do not use especially if you are hoping for your dream home. All you get is more expenses, headaches, lies and misleading things .

Don't even think about it. They are the worst builder I have seen yet.

Worst builder, even if this builder ask you to make home in half price don't go here, you will be trapped with contract and your home will get built after 2 years. Very poor communication. Extremely poor management. No respect of customers. Too slow. Quality is also poor. False promises. My suggestion will be please don't go here. Also this high review on google are fake. Just don't trust on it.RE- I was your client with different name. Owner name Naresh Malhotra is totally fraud. He used to run different firm called Merigold homes, which was also shudown, I think that was dodgy too.

Recently completed a job for this builder, they are happy with the work said they will pay but haven't, no communication at all, you can only call the receptionist who is interstate and so can only pass messages on, terrible company to build a house with as I assume the communication would be the same way

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUTPATEL HOMES. We sign contract to build our dream house with this builder. But our dream become nightmare.They assaulted my husband. Do not believe what they say. They are big cheater and cheating with peoples emotions and there money.

I have not been paid for my cabinetry work for 2 houses that I have installed and finished and I cannot get a hold of anybody via phone or email or at their factory

DO NOT USE PATEL HOMES. Terrible cheap materials, and use underpaid migrant workers and don't pay contractors. don't work for them and don't use them to build a house.
