*edit to add: today I returned the products. They apologised, telling me the manufacturer sent them an old batch. Considering I was on the phone to the manufacturer just yesterday to confirm the batch numbers, this is absolutely a lie. They asked if I would remove my google review, which is a firm NO. I don't tolerate businesses that run on deception at the cost of safety of its consumers. I've also added photos of the batch numbers as evidence. A CAV report has been filed.Original review:I bought 3 products today and all three were WELL past expired. I called the manufacturer who checked the batch numbers for each product. Two were manufactured in 2015, the other in 2016. These products are 6-7 years old and I put them on my head before I realised anything was wrong!!I trusted this company to follow the ACCC practices like any other.One expired product I could overlook, but THREE in a single transaction. Nope. Dodgy dealings. I want my money back (I have emailed Oz nail and beauty the photo of the receipt and batch numbers) and I'll be reporting this incident to the ACCC plus whichever ombudsman oversees consumer safety immediately.

Great prices and lovely service.After my visit today I was so happy with my purchase. Never used this product before. The sales assistant was only happy to run through the steps with me.

I Ordered NYX brow glue November 25th still have not received a tracking number and the item still says “order placed” very disappointing

They left off half of my given shipping address on the postage label?

Ordered through eBay. They sent my item with tracked postage and Items arrived on time and well packaged! They also gave me free disposable manicure kit! Would definitely purchase from them again

Website allowed me to order an out of stock nail colour. When the order couldn't be filled, I received a refund for the out of stock colour but then had to pay double the postage to order another colour I could have bought the first time instead. Not happy.

Loved all the nail supplies in the store. Staff were helpful and patient with all of my questions too.

I was initially hesitant to shop there as I had read all the negative reviews about how they don't price anything, staff are rude etc....however, I'm glad I did go.Hannah was wonderful and very helpful. Granted, her English was not that great but she did her best and we got there in the end. I bought a bunch of nail polishes and tips. I made a purchase error and they exchanged it straight away. They had everything I needed and the prices were pretty good. I'll be going back. Thanks Hannah.
