My elderly parents had an appointment to get their booster shot and had to park their car a long way from the pharmacy. When they arrived at this pharmacy they had forgotten their masks and were told that they had to leave. Dad had to go all the way back to his car and then return with their masks, why couldnt the pharmacy have given them a mask? Terrible service and I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is elderly. A little help and compassion would have been nice.

May i just compliment the wonderful service of your staff.I and my wife are in lockdown due to the dreaded. i rang and ordered a RAT an couple of other needs and paid on line and my granddaughter picked up. It was so easy and every thing was ready for her to collect at front counter. i spoke with Grace who was so helpful. a big thank you to all your staff even when I enter there as I am on elbow crutches. Needed an after hour Chemist as all were closed in Ulverstone so headed here. They were quick, friendly and helpful.An added bonus was seeing the automated robot that assists in getting the over the counter medicines. It’s soo cool to see this kind of technology at work and they all talked about how useful it was and means that the people working there get to spend more time with the customer rather than trying to track down something. Excellent.

Store is well presented, staff pleasant, very disappointed after making the trip from out if town to find out I was not able to receive bonus" gift with purchases as apparently they were on "hold" for someone else. Would have thought when only a limited number available it would be first in first served. Next time I shall phone and ask one to be kept aside for me... .."

Never ever had so much trouble getting medication than this place oh and just got home and the lady has put on one box of medication the wrong doctor , my partners dentist prescribed one of the medications after her surgery, was in the car waiting in pain whilst this lady kept repeating here self after I already said it's fine ok.

A great bunch of people!!!I rocked in after having to travel (unexpected) quite a distance to pick up a script for my darling wife.When I arrived, the line was all the way out to the door. I thought, noooooo!!! Aaaagh!!!But it wasn't that bad, they had quite a few chemist on duty and only took a few minutes and I was being sorted by Kirsty.They only had 3 of 5 tablets, but advised they'd post the other two out when they arrived (BONUS).Today I found I needed the receipt, which I couldn't find.A quick phone call and no worries
