Whenever we attend Prouds at Westfield Burwood, the customer service is in stark contrast to the customer service ( the manager) at Marrickville Prouds.Today we had the pleasure of being served by Carla, highly professional, very knowledgeable, and focused on good customer service. Prouds should attain more staff like her. Thanks Carla, your service will have us returning to your store only from now

Thank you Carola and Amanda for helping us get a new set of wedding rings despite the issues regarding sizing... Angus & Coote Burwood went above and beyond in their service to make sure we had the right size in the end even though there were many obstacles. THANK YOU!! The rings are beautiful and fit perfectly.

If I could leave 0 or negative stars I wouldI took in an expensive bracelet to be resized and it was absolutely butchered! When they said they would fix it, it came back to short to wear and they actually said they didn't know how or why that had happened. Staff always shifted the blame, including 1 staff member named Mahal who tried to tell me it was my problem".In the end I had to tell them not to touch the bracelet again and I had to argue for a refund - knowing I would have to take it elsewhere and no pay more to correct their poor work.I'll never go to an Angus and Coote again"
