Mixed service, communication and pricing. The quote seemed to change with what I was wearing and who I was speaking with. I don't enjoy being talked down to because I'm female OR having hidden charges sprung on me... and I later found that my spare tyre was hanging well down under the car body/ had not been repositioned correctly.
