The good; very clean house. Great quality fittings. Bedding: 2 rooms; 2x double (great), 1 room; 3x single inc one bunk (fine), 3x single (bit less quality but still doable). Also extra fold up bed in downstairs living area. 2 Living areas. High end Sony entertainment (2x flatscreen, 2x dvd) and Samsung Android screencast is natively possible. High quality Bosh gas stove. Portable airco upstairs (light use only). Downstairs is naturally cool and master bedroom has verandah with great Ocean views and is nice as parent retreat.Improvements needed imho; swinset is broken (rusted through and not possible to swing). Some materials that likely contain asbestos (and are in poor repair); laundry walls (mainly the right hand side blue wall needs hole paint), laundry floor tiles. Perhaps also the old rusted water storage tank outside (has some form of inside concrete wall). The rest of the house seems to be renovated and is great, looks like gyproc walls and new carpet etc. May even be a new building altogher. The fridge plays up and it is hard to tune; things freeze. Put it quite low.Overall great experience even for someone who tends to worry about asbestos :) Would recommend.
