Alpha Fitness TPC
I've always hated going to the gym. Jake makes it fun and he's very supportive. Would recommend joining alpha fitness to anyone especially if you are a beginner. You are guided, supported and surrounded by motivation and support from all the other women. Best place to be.

Alpha Fitness TPC
Alpha fitness is more than a gym, it’s a super supportive fitness community. Jake is an awesome coach and keeps training tough but varied and really fun!
