Two months ago I purchased a sewing machine and overlocker from Bernina Chatswood and have been using them solidly ever since. Both machines are refined workhorses, as expected from Bernina, but what I’m particularly impressed with is the great customer service and post-purchase support offered by Rhona, Carol and Tia. They have certainly gone the extra mile and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We purchased a Bernina sewing machine from Marea today. She was absolutely wonderful. Highly professional, excellent knowledge, and super friendly. It felt like the old fashioned type of service of days gone by! We would be happy to recommend the Bernina Sewing Centre at Chatswood to anyone on the North Shore after a new machine!
