I have found Compare Club health comparison to be very thorough. Every question is followed up and answered. The staff show a great deal of concern and patience when a person needs to sort out many aspects of the health cover.The after acceptance follow up is a great aspect of the service as often we forget to ask something with all the information being provided. A feature I found very good was that I could talk to the same person for the whole process and even call and speak to the same person and not be passed from one to another.

Olivia was so knowledgeable and helpful. She took time to figure out what cover we will use and found a much better option for us. I received a follow up call today and was again impressed with how helpful the customer service rep was. I will recommend you to my friends and family - you made things really easy.

It was a quick an easy process to move our Health insurance, change policy levels and save about $1000 (in cover and a 6 week free period). Easier than other comparison services I have used for other insurance and utilities. You have nothing to loose, give these guys a chance.

My husband and I were very impressed by the courtesy and information received by the consultant. He went into great detail of all the pros and cons between our current provider and that of an alternate provider. We decided to make a change and hope it will be more economic for us.

All we can say is that the help we received to pick out the right type cover for Health Insurance was great. Thankful for the time we received to workout things and questions we asked was done that eased our minds. We highly recommend them for advice and help.

I agreed to move my policy from Australian Unity to HCF. You created a problem for me due to the fact you only transferred half of my policy. My Base extra remained with Australian Unity.I have attempted to straighten matters out, but seem to have got deeper in the mire. I seem to have 2 Base policy's one showing a years subscription has been taken from my Direct Debit account and I am stuffed " if I know what has occured with the other.I am of the opinion that the few cents saved has not been worth all of the confusion."

I was completing something online to compare my current cover when I got a phone call. The caller went out of his way to give me all the information on my current cover and then asked me what items I would require. The monthly policy he worked out for me is over $50 a month cheaper with a Lot more items and extras included. I can't believe how easy it was as I had asked my previous company for an update on what I'm covered for and they weren't helpful at all.Thank you for your help, much appreciated.Regards Glenys

I just received an unsolicited text message from Compare Club, and I must say it absolutely ruined my day. I don't often get text messages, so you could imagine my surprise when I received a text message at 9:52 PST. Who could it be? I gleefully asked myself whilst trying to minimize my movements as not to sturr my cat Mrs Meowy, my 13 year old ginger cat, who I love deeply. My excitement soon turned to emotional excrement when I realized it was not a personal message from an acquittance but a generic message from you. It wasn't even addressed to me by name, and the grammar was subpar.What I find most grating is the fact that I turned 32 years old the other day (a particularly lonely age) and I did not receive any messages from Compare Club wishing me a happy birthday. At least my telecom provider had the decency to send me 2 extra GB of 4G mobile data. If compare club was a caring company I would assume they'd have done the same.Anyway, I guess this is just a brief review to say I'm feeling very lonely since my cat roger ran away and that compare club hasn't done anything to be uplifting. Excellent information. Alexander listened to my requirements and worked out a suitable change which met my needs. Helpful, informative, clear explanations. No pressure or jargon to be persuasive - did that by questioning me about what I wanted. Outstanding. I have tried a number of sites in the past and hung up after the first few sentences as it was obvious they were looking for renumeration not interested in my situation. Travis also helpful today and clearly answered my query.

I am thankful for the operator spent time to find out which insurance that suits me the most.However, when I mentioned I really need time to think about it and i will call you back, the operator ended up pressuring me to make my decision and give him my medicare card number. I replied firmly, Sorry really need time to think about it. I cannot make decision right now. He was like Pffffs and said I will be charged $75 for the service when I call back.It's normal for people needing time to think about their decisions so that was really suspicious. Bad impression and sorry, not going for this company in the future.
