Only come here if I’m desperate, because my last visits have been appalling!The checkout girl, as I always explain to her, I have a bad back, can you please not put all the soft drink, bleach or vinegar bottles into one bag. She laughs, and twice now, has shoved five, 2 litre bottles, into 1 bag!I’m lucky, to be able to carry 2 bottles per bag.What wonderful customer service NOT!I repeat myself each time I come here, can you please not do this, but would you mind doing it like this, it helps me a lot. She just laughs.Also, the same person always puts hot food (like bbq chicken), on top of chocolate bars. What a waste of money!Avoid & if you do come here, check your receipts

Chicken Giblets and hearts are fresh. Livers is ok.35hr Sourdough Loaf White also good.However unfortunately, services are not friendly.Also, turkey wings that I bought on quick sale hasn't expired yet but before and after cooked smelt spoilt, so I threw it away.

I really like this Woolies store. They have well stocked shelves and if something is not on the shelf, the staff are happy to look out the back for you. The checkout queues are short and the staff are efficient at both the manned and the self service checkouts. I find the staff to be friendly and happy to help. Most of the staff know exactly what aisle things are in and can tell you what side and how far down the aisle it is which is impressive.I once did shopping when I had a sling on my arm and I was struggling. A team member approached me and said he was just starting his break but he would be happy to carry the bags to the car for me. That is going above and beyond. I really appreciate this store because having worked in retail for most of my life, I can see that it is a well run store and that they really care about the customers.

Great place for all your grocery needs. The place has a good layout. Nice & clean. Everything avail. I've noticed the top carpark is always very busy now. The whole centre has been improved & you can tell by the number of unavail car spaces. Although it is easy to transfer your groceries into your car, direct from centre. Good for the oldies & tired mums like me lol.

Unfortunately, this Woolworths store has seen its better days. It's in dire need of a makeover. It's so outdated - under catered in a few food department areas - and in 2 particular food areas which are of high concern need management monitoring ensuring food (use by date products) are removed from the fridges - especially cold cut meats. Staff are not so approachable or knowledgeable in their products and could not direct you to the right aisle even if they wanted to. Asking the 4th person and still not getting anywhere, I eventually gave up.

Bent over to reach one of the last cartons of milk in fridge.Mortified that the floor under fridge shelving and last two bottom shelves of entire fridge were FILTHY!Dried mouldy milk spillage, dirty racks and filth on floor.Honestly thought of calling a Health Inspector. Trolleys and baskets are old, rusty and dirty!The store in general is unkept, untidy and needs a good clean.

Staff member at the customer service (the irony!)/mobile phone section wouldn't even give you time of day for a simple question. Basically made you feel like he wanted you to get out of his face as soon as possible.
