A huge thank you to the Castle Hill store for helping me with my Christmas gift for my grandson. I was stuck in lockdown and couldn't shop personally.After talking with the staff on the phone, they organised everything for me. The Toy Story 4 RC Buggy was delivered by Australia Post, beautifully padded and wrapped. A perfect gift. Casey's Toys went above and beyond and I am so thankful. Again, many, many thanks for your great customer service.

I went in for a browse, I didn't end up buying anything. The service from Anneliese and Chloe were amazing! Such lovely girls and such amazing service. I would rate this store 10/10 and would definitely recommend.

Super helpful staff, I was able to get a part for our Little Tikes Cozy Coupe that no one else could supply!! Cannot thank you and your team enough. Our little man can now use his big sisters hand me down car. We'll be back for sure!
