Brittani is one of my favourite massage therapists at Endota! She is so consistent and diligent, and has a soothing and authentic manner. You can tell Brittani puts alot of care and attention into her massages, which is what makes it such a wonderful experience every time. Its always a pleasure getting massages from Brittani - I leave feeling relaxed, yet rejuvinated! Brittani is undoubtedly a real asset to the team at Endota, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back every week.

Great massage but the experience was ruined by woman in next room who talked, loudly, for the entire hour of her (and my) treatment. I mentioned this to the manager when paying the premium price of $130 to listen to my neighbour’s woes and medical conditions. The manager’s response “thank you for the feedback I’ll speak to the therapist”.What a missed opportunity to apologise and ask if I’d like to rebook and offer me “something” to entice me back. I didn’t give the feedback hoping for “something” - i gave it because my experience as a customer was poor. And now it’s unlikely I will return or continue to buy vouchers for friends and family.

Very disappointed in my massage. Paid for an hour only massaged for 50mins as 10mins was used in questions and change time. Don’t waste your money as there’s not a day spa feel!!

Very disappointing experienceArrived early to fill in details and was taken through to waiting area while they got an iPad that was working. After 5 minutes I was taken to back room when I was discussed what I wanted and then told to undress and hop on bed and she left room.Was left waiting in room on bed for 10-15 minutes. She did back of both legs and then excused herself from room for another 5 minutes. When I actually got massage it was pretty good but then it was over and was told to get dressed again. Appointment started at 1 and was fully dressed and jewellery back on again and waiting for them to come back at 2.01pm. Thinking I actually got about a 30 minute massage between all the leaving and getting hot towels etcDisappointed that my daughters spent their hard earned money to buy me this and it was so disappointing.
