Great food and service however WAY too much plastic packaging. I'll change my review to 5 stars once they start using more sustainable materials for their packaging.

Came here the other night for the first time. We ordered the family sushi and sashimi boat between my boyfriend and I and we finished it, we are massive sushi lovers. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The drinks were not too bad but we may not get them again, we enjoy trying new things :) The staff was friendly and kind. We will return again. Thankyou for having us :)

Disappointing! In the past I've had good experiences here, but yesterday was another story.Food was okay, but the real issue here is the management. The young girls in front of house were very preoccupied with their conversation and did not attend to the dining room at all. Had to get up to ask for several things (share plates, wasabi, etc.). On top of that, the dining area was not clean. The floor was overdue for a mop!Clean up your act Shellharbour Moon's ☹️

Absolutely delicious! Sushi tasted fresh and the chicken mandu was so tasty aswell. The dinner combo had so much food in it and was also flavoursome and fresh. Would 100% recommend! Such good price for the amount of food you get! The staff were polite and the food came in a good time, was very busy but we were waiting ages which was great!

The worst prawn rice paper rolls I have ever had. I wish I new how to attach the photo. They were both stuck together, little bit of prawn flesh , brown lettuce and tasteless carrot. I couldn’t get out of box. No flavour and tastes less rolls of cardboard. In the bin they go .First time there and won’t be back.I’ll stick to the Sydney ones. They are the best

The best sushi in the Illawarra Region, the food is fresh and quality is amazing. You get what you pay for! My menu favourites are the grilled sushi and the sushi rolls.

Moon's Sushi is only a short walk away from the waterfront and an easy parking area a street away located on a prominent corner in a great restaurant hub. We sat down to a quiet dinner. We ordered Curry Katsuカレーライス, Bibimbab 비빔밥, takoyaki たこ焼き(octopus balls/dumplings) and grilled sushi. A very tasty meal with a wonderful array of flavours served with a bowl of miso soup. The staff were very friendly and service was quick.

Quick stop after a hot swim. Place is small cosy with cool fresh air con available. Sushi is super fresh and tasty. This is the medium sushi platter below. Great place for a healthy feed indeed. Table service can be a bit up and down yet otherwise great place if your passing by!
