Jenny Liu is by far the worst property manager I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Steer clear of this real estate.They have the audacity of increasing the rent by $80per/w when there are holes under the carpet, broken fixtures, replaced the washing line with one half the size (can’t even fit a sheet on it). And it’s a small 3 bedroom house. You can get much nicer ones for $50per/ w cheaper.You’re a disgrace.

Beware: All the RE agents of this Area Specialist “williams landing” are highly unprofessional and liars. They don’t pick up calls or reply emails for weeks. I have to unfortunately deal with 3 of them over a time period and all of them have same unprofessionalism and zero courtesy.DO NOT engage them in any kind of work to save your precious time and peace.

We recently used Jake from AS Wyndham City to buy our family home. Our last experience selling a house with another agent was absolutely dreadful. But from the moment we asked to meet with Jake to discuss the purchase - things were completely different. He was honest, upfront and knowledgeable. He kept us informed every step of the way and gave us his full and undivided attention. He answered all of our questions and gave us tips for getting the best price. Be aweare of this people.Highly unprofessional. Got damaged house ,I paid full price for it. I was dealing with jake n Adam both were super unprofessional. Didn't got the keys on time have to wait for hours for the keys. After moving got to know the property we bought is damaged. In other words I'd like to say cheaters. This guys will never tell you exact condition of the house.

Adam treated us unfairly.Like everyone else, we scout for the perfect home and location. When we finally found the right house, we told Adam that we were very interested in the property in Truganina and would definitely call him the next day to place an offer. We didn’t want to give away too much, but we hinted at the amount we think the house is worth. We left the inspection and went off to do our research.The next day came and we called the first thing in the morning ready with our offer, and what do you know, he took someone else’s offer the night before and pushed the seller to accept it. He did not bother to call us at all. He could’ve easily gotten a higher bid from us. We were even surprised he was willing to settle for less.Very unprofessional. Hope to never see him around.

I bought a house from Sophie last month. And, Sophie was an excellent property agent. All communication was professional and prompt. I was always able to have a quick reply to questions. In all my dealings with Sophie, she has been responsive and communicative. She has always kept me informed with what was happening with my property, advising me when there were issues. And also, She hasn’t hesitated to actively inform me of the information that I have to know and prepare.

Hello EveryoneI recently bought a property from area specialist my agent was CharlieWe did had a bit of miscommunication or miss understanding but Charlie was very professional & handed the entire process very carefully & did gave us the best experienceHe understands what I was looking for & what were my concerns & issues.Buying property for the first time is not easyThe only advise I would give everyone is while inspecting the property whatever issues or concerns you have make sure put it on paper & get it signedThat will make the entire process very easyOver all a good experienceAs I mentioned before Charlie was amazing 5 stars for CharlieThank you for the wonderful experience.I would highly recommend Area specialist & If Charlie is your agent then it’s a win win situation for everyone.

Non existent real estate agents. They didn't fix anything, we had a broken window, no fly screen and dodge Reno jobs right before and during the time we lived there. We got a smoke alarm after 6 months from the smoke inspector. Despite asking for stuff to get done apon move in. Asked to move out due to the 40 dollar price increase in rent verbally by phone twice, which was only answered officially because I sent an email, luckily as they wouldn't have let us move out without 28 day notice. We had to resend emails that we sent a year ago because it got lost in their system despite us sending photos and videos of the original state of the house, which they have never responded to. Learning lesson to keep everything we send out to realestate agents. Completely unreliable and didn't do anything whilst we lived there.
