I called in to collect a previously purchased item that was being held for my daughter.The lady at the front counter cheerfully paged the storeroom & within a minute or two a young lady arrived with the 3 items on a trolley. She happily & carefully loaded the BBQ & trolley for me. BCF Port Adelaide knows how to deliver a 5 star experience. Thanks very much.

Came in with a question about second hand roof racks that BCF also stock (Pro Rack).The salesman was very helpful and pointed out I'd missed a part in installation, rather than just trying to sell me an $85 part, which resolved the issue.Honestly and helpfulness like that is hard to come by, 10/10 would recommend

Five stars easy!I went in and had an issue with a product I had purchased but had no problems exchanging whatsoever.Staff are exceptionally helpful and they have a huge range. I definitely recommend this store.

Not the largest BCF store but reasonably well stocked. Good store layout. Plenty of parking available. Like all the BCF stores, good bargains when their sales are on. Helpful, friendly staff.
