I was told by my insurance company to better take my car to a Mercedes approved panel repairer but I decided to go with these guys and so happy and satisfied with my decision. First class and totally undetectable repair on my Audi Q5, coupled with friendly and professional service. I needed follow-up work on a loose door seal almost a year after the initial repair and this was carried out with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. I highly recommend this business.

The service level and quality of the work are really exceptional. I was going away and it would be a hassle for me to organise someone else to collect the car so they went out of their way to make sure my car was ready before I went.

My wife and I share the dubious honour of presenting the first Audi Etron to these guys.Half the workshop turned out to see the vehicle that they had trained to repair for two years.They consulted closely with the Audi Centre Perth. They kept us updated on progress. They completed the job ahead of schedule.We delivered a broken 2nd hand EV and I feel like they returned a brand spanking new car. The repairs are flawless.Awesome customer service and workmanship.They are the only Perth repairer that is fully trained and endorsed by Audi.I understand that some insurers don't list them. That's a guide for me when I select my insurance companies.I wouldn't take my Audi anywhere else after my recent experience.I gave them 5 stars because Google doesn't have an option to give 6 stars.

I contacted West Perth Panel and Paint following significant damage to the rear of my Mazda 3. When I arrived, I was met by Dave who was friendly, professional and really knew his stuff. They took over from there and it was hassle free. My car was returned like new, with the work done to the highest standard. I would have no problem in highly recommending this garage to others. Great work, great staff, great service.
