Great place to pick up versatile clothing at a great price. Just purchased more winter jackets. Great quality, light weight and so warm.

If you clothes have any quality issue don’t expect you will get any customer service in this shop. Their manger will only reply you unfortunately we can’t exchange the clothes for you. If you have any problem call our costumer service. They even didn’t check my clothes and ask the other branch if any customer have same problem. I bought my clothes 1.5 months.After I washed couple times my clothes had colored patch. I can’t believe it and they can’t even look at it

Today I wanted to return a shirt which I bought from Chermside shop and they didn’t do that. They said you should go to Chermside to return it as our bank system is different from there.No I need to do long drive to chermside to return a shirt.

Uniqlo is a Japanese clothing retailer. Famous for their puffer jackets. They are a bit more expensive than H&M, but the quality is a lot better. This store has a fairly small range compared to the city store. There is no kids section here at all.Uniqlo t-shirts are super comfortable. The patterned styles can be a bit mainstream for my taste. Overall, I do really like a lot of Uniqlo stuff and find the quality to be very good.

I was looking for a hoodie and a customer service advisor came over to help. The item was not put up to shelf and she had to get all my sizes from the back. I did not get her name but she is asian and her customer service is absolutely next level. I was in customer facing job years ago, so trust me, her service is not something you can find everyday. Well done!

Horrible quality with stretch jeans, after one hour the jeans became double the size, and when I tried to return it within a week and even though I provided the invoice, they refused to return it because I removed the tag, never buying from uniqlo again, horrible customer service and experience

A great place to go for a range of both casual and business clothes. The great thing about this place is that they offer free hemming over a certain purchase price for pants or an extra $6 which beats most tailors.There is a single entry and exit point now with COVID so you can't enter from the back side any more. On check in, staff use a scanner to check your temperature forehead and also record how many customers are entering and leaving to ensure they comply with maximum occupancy requirements.Staff are very friendly here, and helpful as well. We were trying to fine an item in a certain size and the staff member helped us locate it. I was also encouraged to join their membership program and was able to use the $5 discount promotion for joining straight away to help save some extra money.Great place and definitely worth checking out.

Large shop with good range of selections, mens thin jumpers are great and trousers are good quality. This H&M and Zara are good regular spots for mens clothing and good quality and style.

I bought a jumper 2 months ago, I loved the product but it tore at the seams and ended up with a coin size hole near the shoulder. I went in to ask for an exchange and they would not do it as it had been longer than 2 months. Staff didn’t really care either. This was a huge disappointment and a reflection on their quality.Expect your clothes to tear after a couple of months and they won’t exchange it.I won’t be shopping here again!
