Literally the best in the business! From my first consultation over a year ago I decided I’d never go anywhere else. The time and effort put into matching your natural hairs colour and texture and making sure the bonds are literally invisible is just amazing. I get compliments on my hair all the time and the few people I’ve told that it’s extensions are always blown away because it just looks like my real hair. Also the ability to put my hair up so easily and just go about life not worrying about them is amazing. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re thinking about hair extensions or looking for a change from tapes or microbead extensions etc.

AVOID.Her technique is fine and the extensions are applied as well as anywhere else I’ve had, but she is very impersonable and at times even rude…Customer service is a 1/10. She is not one bit accommodating when it comes to needing an appointment change, or even making an appointment in the first place… Everything is on her terms and she offers no flexibility, regardless of how loyal of a customer you are..Speaking of which, I have referred this woman numerous customers through word of mouth, (basically making her money) and there was ZERO appreciation. Not even a thanks… We had a misunderstanding about an appointment that would then need to be cancelled, and she wasn’t even gracious enough to offer to reschedule it even though I’ve given her customers and she knows it.She also charges $70 to remove extensions which SHE has applied, during a reapplication!! Fair enough if the extensions are just being taken out, but if she is the one who has applied them and you are having them moved up by her, then it should be included… Very money hungry.She also talked me into buying extensions off her- usually I source my own from trusted brands, but she kept going on and on about how amazing hers are, so I trusted her. The extensions turned out to be dry and puffy… Such a rip off. She only refunded me a small portion of the money paid on the extensions and still kept like $900 for herself when she knew I didn’t like the hair. They were ridiculously priced, especially for what they turned out to be and she was rude throughout the process.She’s lucky shes one of few in Melbourne who offer these type of extensions or she probably wouldn’t have many customers. She needs to improve her customer service skills big time.

Nude Hair Extensions specialise in keratin bonded hair extensions. Very good quality, Slavic hair. The owner and technician is very knowledgeable in the method and application, friendly and honest. The hair quality is amazing, hair is bonded in customised way to each client for the best possible outcome.I have tried other extension methods and can personally say this keratin bonding is the lightest and most safest method for the hair.

Best quality hair extensions I’ve ever had, they are invisible in my hair and are soo easy to maintain and don’t have to buy new hair for the maintenance as the same hair can be reapplied. so happy i came here to get my extensions, i get complimented on my hair all the time because of how natural it looks, she knows exactly what she’s doing and it’s obvious she has a lot of experience. My hair looks SO natural !! I always show people how invisible her bonds are because it blends so well, i can tie my hair up in different hair styles and you still can’t see the bonds, unlike other extensions i’ve seen where the bond is a very obvious white rice grain and looks like a maggot lol. So worth it !!! my extensions are honestly perfect, i have no complaints !!!
