Cant speak highly enough of Stephanie from tradies get online! I’ve been following her Instagram for months and decided to contact her to speak about my business. My business is still quite young and we determined we may not be a good fit yet but she gave me a lot of really good actionable tips to start implementing. We've just moved our website over to Tradies Get Online after too many years sticking my head in the sand hoping our website would magically fix itself, or that the previous company would actually start doing what they were meant to.I contacted Steph at Tradies Get Online and after 1 call I knew they are who we needed. I will never use this company again and could not recommend them to anyone.I engaged them for SEO work on my website and to run our Google Ads campaign. The Ads camping was working well until they made changes that should not have been made which caused the campaign to fall of a cliff. This resulted in me losing tens of thousands of dollars in ad costs and revenue.After this has happened, a meeting was had to which they admitted they were at fault and moving forward they would be a lot better. Now we are 2 months down the track and if anything, things are much worse.The SEO reports they send me which to the owners words are Your SEO campaign is killing it" are false. Reports saying I'm top of page 1 when a quick search shows I'm on page 3.Cost per conversion of Google Ads says $200 but a quick look on my camping shows $500.They changed the number on my website homepage to a number which I do not have so for almost a month I received no calls from my website.I want to leave my contract but they refuse.I want to be compensated for the ads mistake they admitted to but they refuse.I would stay away from this company!"
