We have renovated two kitchens in the past 11 years, one in Canberra and the latest in Coffs Harbour. On both occasions we have gone to Winning Appliances in Newcastle, we have researched all providers of appliances and back to Newcastle we go. All due to their team of Product Experts our latest go to person is Hatori Sohma, we appreciated his honest opinion, patience and impartial advice, he did not push a particular brand. His advice and product knowledge was excellent. His commitment to customer service unapparelled. Three separate orders arrived on the designated day, our delivery person showed the same professionalism that we have come to expect from Winning Appliances.

Products and sales great. After sales service doesn't exist... Have called 6 times in last 7 days, cannot get through to the showroom/office, and each time a call centre operator answers who cannot help. They have apparently sent messages for someone from the showroom to contact me but no reply yet. Have fitted out kitchen and laundry with Winning Appliance in 2 properties over the years. Based on the last week and frustrations, unlikely to go back. Feel free to reply here if anyone at Winning Appliance is interested in assisting.

We are doing up a kitchen and made an appointment with Jennifer to sort through the appliances. Her customer service was tremendous and the general experience very professional. Further to that, very confident the prices we paid were the best achievable without having to do a lot of the hard yards ourselves.

These guys are terrific. We have purchased new Oven / Grill unit, and Kitchen sink unit + tap. 2 separate orders.Price matched to the best price.The best thing is their prompt, efficient and reliable delivery service.We would recommend these guys unconditionally to anyone.Well done Winnings, you are a great supplier and we will not forget you.

We were sold a fiaba integrated fridge ans freezer.We were told delivery was 6 weeks.THE FRIDGE ARRIVED ABOUT 6 WEEKS AFTER THE NEW KITCHEN WAS FITTEDI waited 8 months more for delivery of the freezer. after being told 6 weeks prior to kitchen fittment.After fitting the freezer it took 2 days to reach temperature.I complained after 3 days.A local repairer arrived, he stated due to being a model he had never worked on he would need to obtain manuals.We never saw him again.He did ring after 2 months to ask how we are enjoying the freezer.Our response was not cordial.He where never called again.After numerous calls and defined deadline when i stated i would remove the fridge and freezer and deposit them on the pavement outside winnings newcastle, WE MANAGED TO GET SOME ACTION.After this time we were again ignored, they failed to action fitters to supply the replacement and susequent install.we paid $30,000 for these 2 items both perform worse than the replacement samsung which is 7 years old, bloody good job we didnt get rid of the old one.I will keep you informed on progress , the freezer has still not been replaced.The targetted install is now late september due to winnings manager forgetting to instigate an installer.i will leave the their performance to you!

Not at all like a supermarket experience like other electrical appliance shops. Winning Appliances Newcastle staff were very knowledgeable both over the phone and in-store, and helped me to choose the product that was perfect for me. The whole process was very easy and arrived straight away. They price matched, which meant I got an excellent product at an excellent price with excellent service. I will buy all electrical goods from here from now on.

Hopeless. Poor effort in every area. We paid up front for a fridge and installation. The fridge arrived and didn’t work. Waited months for a repair, winnings refused to replace the fridge. The fridge was not installed correctly so more phone calls. 7 months later we are still waiting for the final cabinetry. No complaints policy. Very very unhappy. My advice? Find anywhere else to buy your white goods. Winnings were happy to take our money but they are either incompetent or don’t care.
