Quite possibly the worst interaction I have ever witnessed with a retailer when attempting to replace a faulty product. Referred the customer to the manufacturer, attempting to avoid consumer guarantee obligations.When explaining the Australian consumer law to the staff member in question, they denied it was factual, swore, yelled and told the customer to leave the store before they called the police.Amazing.

I’ve had 3 great customer service experiences in the past year, the staff have been extremely helpful especially the lovely Lady, we purchased 6 ceiling fans left them in store for well over a year (paid for) while our home was being built, It wasn’t a problem, they were very nice, thanked them generously, I was helped to my vehicle by the staff to load up, I will be back for more fittings and professional advice. Thank you

great locally owned lighting shop i have been dealing with Robbie for last 15 years purchasing electrical goods for both my home and business and have found the products excellent quality far better than ones that can be supplied cheaper than the big named stores i have always been greeted with a smile and a willingness to help choose the right product to suit what i require i would recommend Direct lighting for all your lighting and electrical appliance needs

We recently purchased a custom made timber light bar from Direct Lighting Busselton. We are so happy with the product and it is such an impressive feature in our new home. From the moment you walk into their premises you are greeted and serviced by a team that really cares. Their after sales service has also been amazing.

Extremely rude man working here. Poorly presented and treats the other staff very badly. Overall a bad experience was had and I won't be shopping here again! I feel so sorry for the lovely lady who works there, she's so helpful and he was so disrespectful to her.
