Long time business purchaser but you LOST me after today!Not greeted on arrival, one staff member only in store, walked around store for 15mins and stood at counter for 5-10mins wanting to purchase items. But the staff member still dragging out the refund phone conversation couldnt acknowledge or multitask. Until the other phone rang and he picked that up!What were you thinking mate? A sale was right in front of you.Was happy to be loyal and pay more but now I’m happy to go round the corner and get the same product for cheaper at Sydney Tools, Total tools and Parchem.
