I have been taking my VW and Audi to the team at geelong service for 5 plus years. The most important reason why I would recommend them is they share my interest in looking after my cars, they keep me informed about what is happening, what I might need to do next time and if there are any issues they have found during the service that I need to know about. I've taken my cars to authorised repairers in the past, and the difference for me is being treated as a fellow car enthusiast who likes to make sure everything is working as it should, rather than just another car in the queue to have a predefined set of tasks done if that makes sense. I have been a very satisfied customer of geelong roadworthy for three years. In addition to regular servicing they have responded to urgent checks and repairs all at very reasonable charges. They never proceed with extra repairs without checking in advance. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Roadworthy checks are a thankless job. Lucky for Geelong, we have Sam and his crew. Absolute professional from the moment we sat down with him, Sam talked us through what was needed, even physically showed us when we had questions, and explained in detail the costs and possible issues that might arise. We found him to be open, honest, hardworking, and thorough.Sit down with the man, communicate! Then let him do his job. He is one of the good ones!

They conducted a very thorough inspection and listed 7 defects, to get it fixed they quoted me $2800 which was ridiculous so I asked them to break down the costs for me, they then promptly dropped the cost to $2300 without explaining why and again not breaking down the costs. I told them I wouldn’t be getting anything fixed with them after that. Also $290 for road worthy inspection is very steep.

Absolutely the best. I cannot say enough about Sam and his team. Everyone is kind, professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I take my car there for routine maintenance and they give excellent service. Its a pleasure going to this auto shop because I know I am getting exceptional work done at honest prices.

Fantastic work and great customer service! I took my car in for a general service yesterday and not only were they prompt and well-priced, but they also took the time to explain what they fixed and showed me the damage parts they removed. I'm still learning about cars, and they were super friendly and happy to explain! A very uncommon attitude with mechanics generally. I will definitely be a return customer, thanks guys!

Great service! Booked me in the same day to fix my broken AC belt and tensioner pulley - so close to Christmas and everywhere else couldn't do it till after New Year. Super grateful and will definitely be using them again for all my car service and repair needs ☺️.
