I LOVED Q-Masters until I heard the way staff spoke to the Boss about clients. After trying to purchase a cue, locally, thru QMasters & it taking 3+ months to arrive only to have it purchased before I arrived to collect it & to be met with indifference made me want to turn my back & never return.I wish Q-Masters cared more about their patrons.

I popped in a few days ago to buy a cue that I saw on their website. The young gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also gave me plenty of information with cue care- which I appreciated. Side note: the coffee I grabbed while I was there was terrific! Cheers!!

Just held a buck's night pool event here for 17 people, with 3 tables. Was fantastic. Q-masters were so helpful. Booking was easy, they were very accommodating. On the day, pizzas were made on request and delivered in 10 minutes. They really made us welcome, made it easy and we all had a great night. Many thanks Q-masters!

this is a fun place for date night or to just hang out with friends. the pool tables are in great condition however I dislike the cash only bar

Lots of tables, good atmosphere, triple M kind of music. Bar is cash only which was a drag but atmosphere makes up for it. Friendly staff.
