Sony Experience @ Videopro

Shocker of an outlet - I thought being a Sony Centre it would be something like the Apple Store - wrong, big time. Went in to buy a mobile phone - none of the model I was interested in was on display as they were 'broken'. Sales assistant was the most disinterested individual I've dealt with in some time - I felt like I'd woken him from his morning nap and couldn't get anything more than a 4 or 5 word response to any question, if that - getting a smile or any form of pleasant interaction was out of the question. When I asked if they would price match Sony's own online store he just kept repeating that their price was $49 dearer but came with a desktop charger valued at $59. No matter what I asked about price and value all I could get was the repeated statement that it's 'my decision' - obviously it is. After all that I said to give me one and I'd be off - then I get told they don't have any. When I asked when stock would be replenished all he would say was 'in a couple of weeks, maybe'. Absolutely useless.I bought another brand, elsewhere.

Absolutely useless. Doesn't carry any spare parts at all (USB waterproof cover for Xperia). This shop is just a gimmick, and nothing more than a brand promoting exercise. No substance at all and not worth visiting.

Great service, they do right thing by their customers, and willing to haggle. I'll be shopping here again for sure.
