Customer service was great. The product I was looking for was out of stock, I got some assistance. She informed me that it might be out the back , so she had a look in reasonable time only to inform me that it wasn't but politely pointed me to the nearest stocker.

Good stock but like with every Woolworths in Australia at the cigarette counter you have to wait 5 minutes to be served after waiting for the workers to finish there conversation

A big store with plenty of produce and stock. Always busy but never a panic or bad experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Nice for shopping.

Nice easy access right off the highway. Brand new store but their range is way less than the woolworths im used to and I found it annoying that there’s so many aisles and they feel very short.It does feel and look new and bright and shiny though. The staff are friendly enough but the few interactions I’ve had with them have left me feeling like they need more training as they’ve had to go and find someone else go help me with my enquiry.There seems to be very limited parking for holiday makers towing caravans or boats, which is a shame as its the first woolworths seen when entering the bomaderry/nowra area.

Good supermarket well laid out so things are easier to find. Some bare shelves, but know this is due to supply chain issues. Staff are very helpful when needing assistance. Good parking facilities

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The layout is great. Easy to find things you need. Food quality is always very high. Wheelchair friendly.
