But here, after lifting heavy objects, you will have to do the continuous step up and down" test immediately without any rest. This procedure is unscientific and will give inaccurate heart rate results. From a customer point of view

Waited over 2.5 hours to see the dr dont under stand the point of having a apparment at 1200 and the dr keeps walking past you going out side up stairs then goes and hide in his room
