Was pushed towards buying their own brand which would deginately be availble within a week, after weeks nothingWent into the shop and they had it but didnt bother to contact meThe template they promided they would give me with the locks then didnt exist, and they then even lied directly to my face and told me they never did they had templates when the same person told me they would give it to me when lpck arrivedThen when I complained they someone else appeared they got extremely aggressive

What a pleasure to walk into a shop and buy replacements for 120 year old locks that fit with almost no adjustments to the door cutouts. Very good quality locks, and they can do things which my local locksmith (not far away) can't do.

The worst people i have ever dealt with, very poor service and very poor suppliers they use. Was told that i would get my lock within 2 weeks of purchase, it has now been 3 months and still getting told it would take another month. if i were a customer looking to buy a lock through these people, i would tell you don't even consider the name Knobs and Knockers. all they care about is a quick purchase on site and no consideration about contacting the customer too if they have an order. I'm starting to believe to myself that they never ordered the lock in the beginning. very unhappy customer here.

When @ Dendy Village they were outstanding the move to Apex Ave has changed everything. Service poor,stock display messy , and because I was obviously not a tradie they weren't interested. I was scouting product to instruct my trades what to buy. Their loss.

Great selection of period style fittings. Staff have great knowledge and can find or order you just about anything. Really love our Art Deco handles.

Was so hard to find wasn't in the location google maps say they had moved but address wasn't changed what a rig ma roll never again wasn't happy with service at all

Went in on a Tuesday to get two door handle sets, they told me they'd get them in and to come back Wednesday. Came back Wednesday, they didn't have it, told me to come back Thursday. Came back Thursday, no dice, told to come back Friday. They answered their phone on Friday, palmed me off to their suppliers to get it. They didn't call me once.I'm not the kind of person who expects groveling, American kind of customer service, but this was just next level bad. I'm sure that they've cornered the weird door knob retail market, so I'm sure they don't care about reviews.
