Michael was fast, he new what he was doing and explained our problem simply. A real professional. His prices ver really good too.

What can I say? Michael was prompt, excellent communicator, very affordable and did a fabulous job isolating the problem with our fridge and fixing it - saving us hundreds of dollars in having to purchase a new fridge! So very pleased with Michael and his work. Thanks mate!

Absolute worse service EVER, only giving it 1 star so I can leave a review. KOOLTECH carried out repairs that didn't last. Then decided not to come back to fix it even thou id booked them 2 weeks earlier. Was told their Refrigeration jobs took presidence of my AC job. Adrian's care factor is 0!
