Eight eight-year-old girls with high expectations - No pressure! Louna hosted our daughter's birthday party, and it was the BEST party we've ever had for the kids. All the girls got their hair braided, there was dancing, party games, and all the red drink they could drink (joking). Everyone had a great time and, best of all from a parents point of view, from the moment we walked in, every girl was a princess. If you're wondering - do it. Louna is the best!

I waited two weeks after getting beaded weft extensions done at Louna's Hair to give an honest review and I can confidently say best hair I've had and I'm no stranger to hair extensions YET Louna insists these aren't her highest quality extensions but I've had minimal shedding, absolutely beautiful even now. Service at the Burwood Salon with Louna was incredible, super clean, very welcoming and so comfortable. Definitely recommend

They did an amazing job with both me an my sisters hair, the conversations we had were great and its a reasonable price, the workers make it feel like you belong xx

Good braids, rude service. my daughter got done we was having a good day I paid straight away they were at the Easter show the lady I paid left went somewhere I went to the store next door. My daughter finished and ran to me and the lady who braided my daughter stepped out the store watched her come to me I waved and said thank you. She then got really rude and said I didn’t pay and angrily laughed, I then said I did ask the lady that was at the front she said she’s the one that told me you didn’t pay I said I did she looked to her other workers and said she didn’t pay and is not paying so they were staring and so was all the customers the place was full I felt so embarrassed she then rang the lady and the lady on the phone said again I didn’t pay the lady that rang said back I know she’s not paying I said I did then finally the girl remembered I paid she didn’t apologise for the scene she made or how she embarrassed me cause I refused to pay twice a lot of people were staring and pointing even the store I was at was looking at me when the girl finally remembered I still said I did and the lady said she remembers you did no apology no nothing she was super rude to the point where I started getting heating and someone I was with had to tell me to drop it and calm down
