Burns Beach Sunset Village
Had booked the park whilst over east about a month ago. Arrived today to discover site was unavailable (long term tenant had not been told it was his time to relocate). Administration team in disarray. No-one knew the code for toilet blocks. Seems like a place that tries to evade the laws on permanent tenancy by shifting 'long-termers' from site to site. Had to wrangle for a full refund. Love the area but unimpressed with the service.

Overnighter here on our way out of Perth, friendly reception and guided to our spot which was right at the front we had a wild night weatherwise and couldn't get tv which I thought strange but who cares. There's a terrific dog friendly Cafe right on-site as you enter and good walking path in either direction along the coast. The ablutions are limited as there a lots of cabins but they are clean overall a top spot

Great spot overlooking the ocean. Bit windy but that's what you get with the view... I have an ensuite caravan site which is very convenient. Very clean and spacious. Only negative is the price at $68 per night is very high for power/water for 1 person.

Rooms were very good and very clean, you could not expect any more for such a reasonable price. We have already booked the same rooms for another 2 nights when we return to the area in 3 weeks time.We also had a great breakfast at the cafe.

Burns Beach Sunset Village
Burns beach is near by this village. I stayed at tent site. Tent site is located in front of beach so you can see a great sunset. The price is not bad. A camp kitchen is so clean. A toilet is great also. However, the toilet is so far from tent site and the way going to toilet is too dark at night. In addition, there is no way go through the beach from village so some people jumped up a fence between beach road and village.

Amenities where very old and a long way from the caravan parking area. This place is a retirement village with a few spots for caravans. Good location.

Tiniest of campsites, awkward to get in and out of...Manager too arrogant to give detailed directions to site from behind a wall he relayed to staff who were as confused as we were.
