Whilst their products look nice, jeez their after service and response time to queries is something that needs improvement. It is tedious trying to get anything sorted. They inflexible and dont respond on time and inconvenience the client. They provide zero updates on orders not even platform to see the status. Their tracking link requires all yoir personal info be loaded in order to just see where your parcel is. Why cant this be done via your site or via a courier that just requires the tracking #. Days to respond to emails and to comments on social media. Actually disappointing. They say sorry and apologize yet just repeat the same level of service
