Jo has been an absolute blessing for my Husband and I. Her ability to relate and build trust and rapport quickly enabled us to have a quick diagnosis and begin the therapy required. She is empathetic, compassionate and gives tough love in a gentle way when required. Jo has gone above and beyond for us on numerous occasions and we will be forever thankful for her skills and giving heart. Extremely skilled in personality disorders and relationship counselling. Without her skills and guidance I’m not sure where we’d be now. I would 100% recommend Jo to anyone struggling with relationships, personality disorders, CPTSD and their partners/families.

My husband and i started seeing jo about 6months ago, it was our last resort for our marriage of 10years.since meeting Jo and having not only couples counceling but one on one, I can safely say im no longer the scared anxious worried woman i was walking through that door.She has guided me to trust myself, be aware of myself, my actions and be confident. She does truly care, and even on the first time you meet her after your sessions over, you will feel like she actually gets you. Shes so good at what she does. We have found Ipswich Counselling and Therapy to be very professional and very helpful. Jo has a fantastic way of helping work through conflict resolution. Jo is a very good marriage counsellor. Absolutely recommend her to anyone.
