I was referred to Diamond House at Top Ryde by a friend, where I met Adam, I was interested in having a ring made with my Birth Stone. I had no idea of what quality stone or style. Adam was kind enough to organise a variety of 6 beautiful Aquamarine, where I chose 1, he designed and made ring, Emerald Cut, with diamonds.When I was advised my Aquamarine Ring was ready, I was so excited.When I saw my Ring, I burst into tears, I was speechless, it was absolutely Beautiful.I would highly recommend Adam at Diamond House, he is 100% courteous and professional.I will be definitely coming back here, and here only.To anyone contemplating on jewellery, this is the place.Thanks again AdamKindest RegardsJanice SM

My experience with Diamond House and specifically Adam was amazing. He is so knowledgable on the different qualities of diamonds and yet, didnt overwhelm us with information. I only went to one of the meetings and gave him a general idea of what I might like, with ultimately the creative control in his hands. My ring is so beautiful, I am in love with it! My fiancé also let me know that the continuous service he recieved from Adam after was also fantastic. They will definitely be doing the rest of our jewellery. Couldn't recommend enough! Best place to go for your special one.The ring maker will lay down facts and important information for your ring.He would not just try to sell and make you hurry out the door, this is not that kind of place.In fact, expect long informative sesh with ring maker for your rightly costmised ring that just fit your finger size.Making session is not a short one. It takes from 3 weeks to 2 months depending on your design.But don't be alarmed, ring resizing of normal store takes 4 to 6 weeks.Final result will be ring that fits perfectly for your need and I can garentee you that the shine they put on, will change everything.P.S. The ring maker put real pride to his work and he will go lengthy way to put real work into the ring.

I had a pair of Diamond earrings made were not the same as photo given to Adam.Not a problem he said we will remake .But when it came to remake he wanted another $3,500 not bad when he said he would remake them.How about this my wife has a diamond ring we asked hi to re size he said it could not be done as the diamonds might brake , and quoted $7,500 to remake this ring.Well I took this ring to another Jeweller and he resized the ring for $180. I was looking to get an engagement ring designed and I am so glad I found Adam at Diamond House. From our first encounter it was evident that he was passionate, honest and hard working. The entire process was fun, stress free and I felt respected and well informed and my opinion truly mattered. From picking the diamond, to the drawings, CAD and wax model these all gave me confidence in the design process. There were minor delays but he kept me informed all the way. I felt like we designed it together even though Adam and his team did all the work. My Fiancè loves it and so I love it all the more. We shall be back for round two which will be the wedding bands.
