A shockingly bad real estate company with zero integrity. Took advantage of my parents being overseas by not dispensing several weeks of rent paid by their tenants. Did not pay strata levies so we copped late fees and collection fees. Minhazul Zubiar and his colleagues did not respond to any queries and did not even have the guts to attend tribunal hearings. Check out the other reviews on Facebook for this outfit. Don't understand how they are still in business. Zero stars.
