He was very easy to deal with (unlike our other experiences with builders), communicated with us constantly, had a great eye for detail and was happy to make changes throughout the build. A stunning improvement to my home that came in on time and on budget. EAC Building did an excellent job rebuilding and extending the large timber front verandah of my house. I look forward to working with Elliott again, and I would recommend them without hesitation.Initially I asked friends for recommendations for carpenters and did my own research. I found Elliott on google/facebook. I got three quotes. I chose EACs as he was by far the most knowledgable and talked me through options the other companies simply did not mention. His pricing fit within my allocated budget which was great!Prior to and during the job Elliott kept me well informed and the work progressed quickly with good communication and without incident. On the occasions I spoke to him or his assistant onsite, they were consistently friendly and professional.
