Update: I've been organized a remote session that I totally missed and I've been left hanging in front of a closed clinic. They selected a telehealth session for me without me confirming this type of appointment. Although its my fault I did not confirm when asked in an email that I did not read properly I still expected to been asked again if I didn't provide an answer.Bad experience with appointments. I took time off from work twice to go to an appointment only to be told in the same day as the appointment that the doctor is sick.
