Negligent cruel and dishonest.December 2019 whist attending work for the dole run by TRACQS I was directed to lift a utility tray (flipping heavy for my slight build) with 3 other people a few doors over from our work place at the supervisors house. From the minute I Lifted it I knew I was in trouble with pain ripping through my lower back and legs but due to having the 3 other participants on the remaining corners i couldn't drop it.After I didn't say anything (Too proud to appear weak), and went home in pain/semi panic mode hoping,trying to convince myself It would heal to which it would not. In fact over the net week it got much worse as the inflammation kicked in.The following week I attended an appointment at Tracqs and notified of incident but told the interviewer not to write it down as i didn't want to get my supervisor in trouble. I took immediate leave spending the next 2 months on my back (holidays included).I eventually had to report the incident to TRACQS due to it not improving so I filled out the incident report for leaving it to my supervisor to complete. Soon after I went to TRACQS to acquire the medical insurance form to cover my medical scan and associated travel costs.There I was treated like a scumbag by one of the managers who denied me access to the medical insurance form. She even rang up my doctors after asking to see my medical referral to prove" to me falsely that medical insurance wasn't required by myself.Regardless I had the scan

More incompetent then Donald Trump.Had my payment cancelled the day after I called to let them know I won't be able to attend my appointment as I was in quarantine after coming from a hotspot.Next day I was notified my payment had been cancelled as I didn't attend an appointment when I had called and was told by tracqs that they will let the team know" not that anything would be achieved out of any of there appointments as I doubt they have any connections going past the Kuranda lightsStay away from this incompetent job provided who dosent even know the own rules and regulations as I was informed by Centrelink when I called that they shouldn't had cancelled my payments as I had provided an adequate reason.Luckily I have found employment and it's with no help from these guys.Avoid at all costs"
