Badhams Panel Beating Works

I recently had my vehicle in for repairs and I have to say how impressed I was with there service. They made the whole experience easy and handled everything so i didn't have to worry. Geoff was very professional and my repairs were done on time. When I dropped the car off it was wiped over with disinfectant and came back all washed and cleaner than before. I had some private work done at the same time and it was very reasonably priced. I cannot fault the quality of work, The Office staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Badhams and if i need any more work done in future i will be bringing it back.

Terrible, was booked in for several months, on the day of dropping my car off, they decided not proceed with the job. Extremely rude staff, my wife and I were spoken to like we were scum. Avoid this place at all cost, there are many other great paint and panel shops around that would appreciate the business

Great service all round. All staff were lovely to deal with and went above and beyond to help me with my Subaru. Highly recommended

They don't keep their word and are not responsible on what they said which then leave me with no car for a few more days on top of the days that is being repaired. I work in customer servicing line, and I think they don’t care about their customers at all.So the staffs are very friendly when I first brought my car in for a quotation and inspection from my car insurance, Allianz. It was all good, they booked me in for repair for my hail damage early February, before everyone else’s (there was a hailstorm 2 days after they booked me in for repair) Just a few days before I send my car off to repair, they called me and told me don’t bother coming in because they ran out of spare parts and they are going to rebook me into another day when they receive the parts back, which they are going to call me again.I was cool with that but I waited for almost 2 months for their call and I got nothing. Not until I called them and asked. Only then they booked me in again for a repair.What's worst is, they told me it will be ready in a fortnight's Monday, which was reasonable. So on Friday, just a few days prior to the date that I’m going to get my car, I called them again just to make sure and only then they told me the date is pushed back to 2 days later (Wednesday) If I were not to call them, I wouldn’t have known, and I would’ve return my hired car. Not only that they don’t notify me about the delay, they don’t seem to care about it. The only thing that lady on the phone said was “sorry it won’t be ready until Wednesday, please called back on Tuesday for us to advise you the pick up time”Fine. On Tuesday I called them to check what time I can pickup, and the owner Geoff said midday, 12pm. Cool. I waited on Wednesday until around 2pm, dind’t get any call and so I had to extend my hired car again and then called them again to check. Being irresponsible as expected, they were telling me it won’t be ready until 4pm. And at around 3.30pm I finally got my car back.In conclusion, they don’t communicate, they don’t care. Once they have got the insurance quotation and date booked in, they don’t care what happens after, because you have to send your car to them for repair anyways. They are not responsible with what they told the customers.

Would never use again. Almost 5 months from my accident to getting car fixed. Waiting on parts apparently although by the look of their work load just have taken on more then they can do. Only on recommendation of insurance company. Delay of repairs then had the car for 3 weeks for what was a minor accident. Out of pocket for the hire car $500 then couldn’t even drop off my car to the car hire place 5 minutes around the corner to drop car to me and 2 kids. I had to call them to follow up every step of the way. Just not good enough as far as I’m concerned.

I will never used them again. There are plenty of options out there. Don't go with their experience.Their service is pathetic. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The fuel tank was empty when I pick up the car. They didn't even greet me when I was picking my car. Very very disappointed. No star for you. Wish I can go negative star.

Hard to say I've not had the quote yet , but when I did visit , they seemed efficient,
